Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil helps with coughs, asthma, throat infections, sinusitis and catarrhal conditions. Soothes inflammation and eases mucus. Useful as a warming oil when used for muscular aches, rheumatoid arthritis, sprains and poor circulation.  Diffuse lemon eucalyptus oil by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.To relieve congestion, blend 3 drops lemon eucalyptus oil, 3 drops peppermint oil, and 2 drops tea tree oil with a carrier oil and massage it into the chest and upper back.
